Marina Gadea is a Spanish artist, originally from Cádiz (Andalusia). For several years he moved to the Levantine coast, where he studied Documentation and Art History at the University of Murcia and Valencia. He currently lives in Cádiz where he works as an artist.
Marina expresses energy and emotion through colorful abstract paintings. It represents the expression of the artist’s pictorial emotion, individual and immediate. You see in her work that rhythm, that harmony, that tone that approaches her even to a musical abstraction. His work is intuitive, emotional, organic, spontaneous.
His work is driven by the observation of the marine landscape, the cultures that are found through travel and seeks to connect people and places. She is interested in the landscape as a system of representation from which man can measure his world. The thread that runs through Gadea’s work is a great fascination with the sea, along with his willingness to travel and experience the landscape.
