Returns and Exchanges

JUST THE SEA allows you the possibility of returning your purchase or making changes within 15 calendar days of the product delivery confirmation, except for food products, which will not accept returns or changes, except in the case of have received them in poor condition.

It is essential requirement to have previously contacted us, by informing us of your interest in a change or refund, to initiate the exchange or return process and that it may be accepted.

It is essential requirement that the product, its accessories and accompanying documentation are in perfect condition and contained in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to properly package the product to avoid possible deterioration during transportation.

Once we receive the return shipment, our staff will check that everything is in the same condition in which it was sent and if everything is correct will proceed to change or refund the value of the returned products, according to what you have requested. The refund of money will be made through the same payment method that you have chosen when making your purchase (Paypal, credit card or bank transfer).

The logistical expenses originated by the changes and returns will be paid by the client.
* If the client wishes to return or change from any EU country, he / she can choose to use our logistic returns service (check the rate with us when you request the change or return) or you can make the return at your own risk, with carrier of your choice.
** If the customer wishes to make the return or exchange from any country that does not belong to the EU, the return or exchange will be at their own risk with the carrier of their choice.
