Forms of payment

Transfer or deposit (no surcharge):

  • In the order confirmation screen you will see the data you need to make the transfer.
  • Transfers made from a different bank to BANKIA take 1 to 3 working days to be confirmed.

Credit/Debit card (no surcharge):

  • Through the secure virtual POS.
  • Your card details are not collected and always travel encrypted.
  • Keep your PIN handy for card purchases.

PayPal (no surcharge):

  • Through PayPal's secure server.

Shipping

SPAIN and peninsular PORTUGAL

  • Free shipping 24-48 hours with MRW for orders over 75€.
  • Shipping 24-48 hours with MRW: 5

SPAIN (Balearic Islands):

  • Free shipping 24-48h with MRW (air) for orders over 100€.
  • Shipping 24-48h with MRW (air): 7

SPAIN (Canary Islands):

  • If you are interested in a shipment to the Canary Islands please contact us and we will give you a quote for the cost of transport.
  • All shipments to the Canary Islands will generate a SAD (Single Customs Document), with an amount to be assumed by the recipient, along with the corresponding tax to the Canary Islands (IGIC).

EUROPE zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, *Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic and *Switzerland):

  • Shipping 4-5 working days with MRW: 18
  • *Customs charges that may be incurred for non-EU countries must be borne by the consignee.

EUROPE zone 2 (United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden):

  • Shipping 4-7 days with MRW: 28
  • Any customs charges that may be incurred for non-EU countries must be borne by the consignee.

AMERICA (United States and Canada)

  • Shipping 7-15 days with MRW: 55€.
  • For furniture and/or art pieces, a quotation will be given after the purchase or on request.
  • The client assumes the taxes and duties of the destination country. Just the Sea is not responsible for any incidents at the customs of the country of destination.

AMERICA (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico and Uruguay):

  • Shipping 7-15 days with MRW: 68€.
  • For furniture and/or art pieces, a quotation will be given after the purchase or on request.

Returns and exchanges

JUST THE SEA offers you the possibility of returning your purchase or making changes within 15 calendar days of confirmation of delivery of the product, except for food products, which will not be accepted for return or exchange, except in the case of having received them in poor condition.

It is an essential requirement that you have contacted us in advance, informing us of your interest in an exchange or return, in order to initiate the process of exchange or return and that this can be accepted.

It is a prerequisite that the product, its accessories and accompanying documentation are in perfect condition and contained in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to properly pack the product to avoid possible damage during transport.

Once we receive the return shipment, our staff will check that everything is in the same condition as it was sent and if everything is correct we will proceed to exchange or refund the value of the returned products, depending on what you have requested. The money will be refunded using the same payment method you chose when you made your purchase (Paypal, credit card or bank transfer).

The logistic expenses originated by the changes and returns will be paid by the client.

*If the customer wishes to make the return or exchange from any EU country, he can choose to use our return logistics service (check the rate with us when you request the exchange or return) or he can make the return at his own risk with the carrier of his choice.

**If the customer wishes to make the return or exchange from any country outside the EU the return or exchange will be at his own risk with the carrier of his choice.

  • We will ask you for the strictly necessary data to process the order.
