Payment methods

Bank transfer (without extra charge):

• In the confirmation screen of the order you will see the data you need to make the transference.
• Transfers made from a different entity to Banco SABADELL take 1 to 3 business days to be confirmed.

Credit / debit card (without extra charge):

• Through the secure virtual payment gateway Redsys

• Your card data is not collected and they travel always encrypted.

Prices

Prices will be shown without taxes.

When the user logs in from a territory of the European Union and/or the destination country is a member of the European Union, prices will be displayed with VAT included.

VAT will only be included for orders shipped within the European Union.

Insurance

All orders over 400€ will be sent with DHL with full transport insurance included.

For orders less than 400€, the customer has the option of fully transport insuring it with an additional cost of 16€.

Just he Sea is not responsible in any case for any incident, deterioration, loss or theft during transport.

Cost

The general shipping prices will not apply to the furniture and/or big pieces of art, it will be quoted after making the purchase or under a previous budget.

Special shipping time and delivery for jewelry and artwork

Jewelry and artwork in stock will be sent within the general deadlines established according to destination, as indicated above.

As they are artisanal pieces most of them we don not have in stock and are made on demand in Angela Lago’s studio in Madrid, giving the possibility of customizing the sizes. In that case the shipment would be made between 3 and 4 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

JUST THE SEA offers you the possibility of returning your purchase or making changes within 15 calendar days following the confirmation of delivery of the product, except for food products, which will not accept returns or changes, except in the case of have received them in poor condition.

It is an essential requirement to have contacted us beforehand, informing us of your interest in an exchange or return, to start the exchange or return process and for it to be accepted.

It is an essential requirement that the product, its accessories and accompanying documentation be in perfect condition and contained in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to properly package the product to avoid possible damage during transport.

Once we receive the return shipment, our staff will verify that everything is in the same conditions in which it was sent and if everything is correct, the value of the returned products will be exchanged or refunded, depending on what you have requested. The refund of money will be made through the same payment method that you have chosen when making your purchase (Paypal, credit card or bank transfer).

The logistical expenses originated by the changes and returns will be borne by the client.

The return or exchange will be at the risk of the customer with the carrier of his choice.
