Transfer or entry (without surcharge):

Shipping 7-15 days with DHL: €55.

Returns & Exchanges
JUST THE SEA offers you the possibility of returning your purchase or making changes within 15 calendar days following the confirmation of delivery of the product, except for food products, which will not accept returns or changes, except in the case of have received them in poor condition.

It is an essential requirement to have contacted us beforehand, informing us of your interest in an exchange or return, to start the exchange or return process and for it to be accepted.

It is an essential requirement that the product, its accessories and accompanying documentation be in perfect condition and contained in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to properly package the product to avoid possible damage during transport.

The logistical expenses originated by the changes and returns will be borne by the client.
